Ashtanga classes next week, moon day and grand finale workshop!

Dear Ashtangis,

I will be gone next week. The studio will be open as usual for self-practice.
I have been invited to join family in the mountains, and after long consideration and debate (Can I really leave my students for a week?), I have decided that it will be good for me to rejuvenate and be with family.
I hope to return with fresh energy to share with you all.

Please DO come and practice. Make it a meditation. Deepen what we have learned and enjoy the smooth quiet practice with your own inner guide and the energy of the group and the space.

I look forward to seeing you all next Sunday.

Wednesday August 5th is Moon Day
. No class. Take rest and enjoy.

The Grand Finale Ashtanga Workshop at Nandi Yoga will happen next Sunday, August 9th. 1-4pm www.nandiyoga.com
This workshop will include and incorporate all aspects of the primary series. I highly recommend it to anyone serious about their practice, and anyone who has a practice at least till Navasana. (Boat Pose).

This is a three-hour workshop, with lots of info and tips, laughter and hard work. It is intense and blissful. A great way to deepen the practice, learn it form many different angles, and create a longer more sustainable one.

Please email me if you wish to join or have questions. dh@doronhanoch.com
Phone: 917 658 0423

You can always just show at the door, but better to sign up in advance. (You will also get 10% off).

No semi private classes next week
, gear up for the following one. I do hope to see you all there. Enjoy a few sun salutes at home. Take power and ownership over you practice. Make it yours.

With love and respect,
Will miss you,
Doron
