Friday, May 8th Moon day and Philosophy classes on Wednesdays

Dear Yogis,

Just a reminder that tomorrow is a moon day so no morning class.
Semi private is at 11:00am as usual, and privates are as usual.

I will teach 2 classes of Philosophy and meditation the next 2 Wednesdays - May13th and 27th 5:45-7:00pm

When parking in front of the white house (a one story older house), You need to go through the wooden gate to the left , walk along the side of the house and go through another gate (open), to the house on the back. You will see a small veggie garden and a mini trampoline.

We will look at Patanjali's Yoga Sutras as our base, and flow from there. Bring an open mind, and any book with the Yoga Sutras or with Sutra commentaries.
