Fridays - Led Class

Dear Friends,


Starting This Friday, May 1st, and every Friday thereafter, we will have a led primary starting at 6:50am.

The class is suited for everyone. You can follow the class and modify as needed. You can finish where your practice finishes or explore a bit further.

For those that need to leave early or still want their Mysore practice, it's ok to come and practice at the end of the room. I do encourage everyone to practice the led. There is lots of info shared, an even flow, some more Sanskrit to the ears, and a great group energy feel.
