A quick update about New Years Day Mysore class.
I would like to do a special class for January 1st: we'll meet at 9:30 am with opening mantra and Mysore Practice and close together around 11 am with closing mantra.
I'll send an email next week with January news. We have some exciting updates including a return to teaching for Heleen, evening Mysore classes, and an "off the mat" get together around the weekend of January17th.
