Hello everyone,
This upcoming Friday November 7th I will conduct a Guided Techniques of Ashtanga Class at the shala from 6:30-8 am. Think of what topics, details, or questions about the practice that you would like to cover and we will work on those during this session together.
The family and I will be taking a couple of trips this month. We will be teaching at Ashtanga Monterey http://www.ashtangamonterey.com the week of November 10-14. Coreen and Zach will hold down the fort at Ashtanga Palo Alto while we are away.
The schedule for the week will be as follows:
Nov. 10 (Monday) Self Practice
Nov. 11 (Tuesday) Mysore with Coreen and Zach
Nov. 12 (Wednesday) MOONDAY - no class
Nov. 13 (Thursday) Mysore with Coreen and Zach
Nov. 14 (Friday) Mysore with Coreen
Like many of you, we are also away for the week of Thanksgiving, November 24-28.
Thanksgiving day is a moonday. I'll send an update for the schedule during the rest of the week.
